1. Services
Vortex Dispatch LLC provides independent truck dispatch services, including:
- Load searching and booking
- Negotiations with brokers
- Paperwork management
- Route planning and scheduling
- Carrier support services
We are not a freight broker or motor carrier. We only act as a dispatch service to support carriers.
2. Payments & Fees
- We charge weekly or per load, depending on your chosen service plan.
- Payment is collected after the carrier has received payment for the load.
- For sprinter and cargo vans, there is a $50 signup fee, which is refundable only after invoicing.
- All service fees are final and non-refundable.
3. No Forced Dispatch
Carriers always have the right to accept or reject a load. We will never force dispatch.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Clients must provide advance notice if they wish to cancel services.
- We reserve the right to terminate service for non-payment, fraud, or violation of these terms.
5. Limitation of Liability
- We are not responsible for market changes that affect freight rates. Earnings may be higher or lower depending on market conditions.
- We are not liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by brokers, shippers, weather, or any factors outside our control.
6. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States.
