1. Service Fees
- All dispatch service fees are non-refundable once charged.
- Payment is collected only after the carrier has been paid by the broker/shipper.
2. Signup Fee (Sprinter & Cargo Vans)
- A $50 signup fee applies to sprinter and cargo van carriers.
- This fee is refundable only after invoicing, meaning once the carrier has completed a load and received payment.
3. Cancellations
- Carriers may cancel service at any time, provided proper notice is given.
- Vortex Dispatch LLC reserves the right to cancel services if the carrier violates agreements, provides false information, or fails to make payments.
4. No Refund Policy
- Aside from the sprinter/cargo van signup fee conditions above, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
